All course materials, exercises, and trademarks are owned by Softpeak Oratory or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable license for learning purposes.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others.
8. Disclaimers
Courses and coaching are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee specific external outcomes such as promotions or speaking invitations.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softpeak Oratory is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
